Preparing snacks in advance or breakfast on-the-go can be key to helping you stay on track with healthy eating. We always make sure we have some wholefood snacks on hand for when we're craving something sweet, and it couldn't be more simple to get ahead when using our healthy baking kits. it took us less than 3 minutes to whip up these banana muffins using our Almond Butter Flapjack Kit combined with a banana. You can also add in a handful of berries or nuts to make them even more delicious...
Preparation time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
1 medium ripe banana - mashed
4 tbsp buckwheat flour (OPTIONAL - you could also sub in another flour but you can also go without)
Handful of raspberries or nuts of your choice (OPTIONAL)
Simply mix the mashed banana with the wet mix (from our kit)
Add the dry mix and the buckwheat flour (OPTIONAL), then combine.
If you'd like to add in any berries or nuts/seeds, stir them in now.
Scoop out desired amounts into muffin liners and place into a muffin tin - our mix made 6 muffins
bake for 15-20 minutes at the temperature stated on the kit.
Allow to cool fully before you tuck in & enjoy!
