Brownie Subscription Box - FAQ's



What is the Sweet Deceits Subscription Box?

The Sweet Deceits Subscription Box is a new service offered by Sweet Deceits that offers four new flavours of Vegan or Original Brownies each month, delivered to your door. Each box contains 8 Brownies (two of each flavour) .

When will I receive my first box?

In order to receive our current Brownie box, you need to sign up before 12pm (midnight) on the last day of the previous month. Any orders placed after midnight on the last day of the month will be signed up for the following month’s box.

We aim to ship all boxes before 7th of the month but please allow a week for any delays.

How is my box posted?

We send our boxes using Royal Mail’s first class delivery service and they are packaged using recyclable materials.

Are there any card types you do not accept?

All major card types are accepted through paypal.

Do I already need to have a PayPal account to sign up?

No, if you don’t have a PayPal account, one will be created for you at checkout.

Do you post outside of the UK?

This is a UK only service

Do I get to choose what’s in my box?

Each month four you will be sent 4 new surprise flavours, there is no option to choose your combination, unless you have an allergy – please see ‘what if I have an allergy section?’ below.

What if I have a food allergy?

All brownies are gluten-free and dairy-free, however, if you have any other allergies, please detail them when placing your order and we will replace the brownie containing your allergens with one of which is more suitable - please note although some of our products are free from nuts, peanuts and eggs they are made in a factory which handles nuts, peanuts and eggs.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes, please detail the name and address of the receiver of the gift when placing your order. If you’d like to add a gift note, please email .

How can I change the delivery address for my Subscription?

If you're an existing subscriber, and you wish to change your Delivery Address please email us at before the 1st of the month if you wish the change to be made for that month's box.

How can I cancel?

To cancel your subscription, you can either go to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment or you can email at least 48 hours before 11:59 on the last day of the month and we will cancel your subscription for you.

I have a problem…

We do our absolute best to ensure that our brownies make it to you on time and in first-class condition, however in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your brownie box, either with your payment or the contents of the box, please let us know by emailing and we will aim to get your issue resolved as soon as possible for you.
