Here’s the recipe for the crumble:
🌱 Fruit Filling Ingredients:
- 330g mixed berries (we used frozen)
- 30g coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Freedom or maple syrup
🌱 Flapjack Crumble:
- Half of the Sweet Deceits Almond Butter Flapjack Flapjack Mix
- Teaspoon of coconut flour (or whichever flour you have handy)
Fruit Base Method:
🌱 Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a low-medium heat for and cook for around 10-15 minutes
Flapjack Crumble Method:
🌱 Mix up the Sweet Deceits Flapjack mix following the instructions on the pack then take half of the mixture and mix in the flour.
🌱 Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and top with the crumble. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
